1. About Loaves

Loaves is a content tool for pastors and ministry leaders. You provide a sermon or message, and Loaves helps you turn it into social posts, emails, and other short content. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You may close your account at any time.

3. Plans and payment

The Basic plan is free and includes a limited number of generations each calendar month. Pro costs $15 USD per month or $150 USD per year and includes unlimited generations, saved history, and Canva visual creation. There is no free trial. Subscriptions are billed through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled.

If you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to Basic. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the sermons, notes, and other material you put into Loaves, and of the drafts it produces for you. You give us permission to process that material only so we can operate the service for you.

5. AI-generated drafts

Loaves uses AI to produce drafts. Output can be inaccurate, including Scripture references and quotations. Always review and verify anything before you publish or teach it. You are responsible for what you publish.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Loaves to create unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or harassing content, to infringe someone else's rights, or to interfere with or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

7. Third-party services

Loaves connects to services such as Canva and PayPal. When you connect one of those accounts, that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to the part of the experience they operate. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from the app.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We may also update these terms; if we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Loaves after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Loaves is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
