1. Who we are

Loaves is a content tool for pastors and ministry leaders. This policy explains what information the app handles and why. Questions can go to support@corelegacyblueprint.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign up with and basic profile details.
• Content you provide: sermons, notes, voice settings, reference material, and the drafts generated for you.
• Subscription information: your plan, status, and renewal dates. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Canva, we store access tokens for your connection in encrypted form so the app can create designs on your behalf.
• Basic usage data: limited technical information such as generation counts, used to enforce plan limits and keep the service running.

3. How we use it

We use this information to create your content, save your history, apply your plan limits, process your subscription, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your sermons or drafts for advertising.

4. Service providers

Loaves relies on a small number of providers to operate: hosting and database services, an AI provider that generates the drafts, PayPal for subscription billing, and Canva when you choose to connect it. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their part of the service, under their own privacy policies.

5. Canva connection

If you connect Canva, we request only the permissions needed to create and read designs in your Canva account. We send the text you choose to Canva to build a design. You can disconnect Canva at any time from the app, which deletes the stored connection tokens.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your account and saved history while your account is open so you can return to your work. You can delete individual generations from your history, and you can ask us to delete your account and its associated data by emailing support@corelegacyblueprint.com.

7. Your choices

You can review and update your account details in the app, disconnect third-party accounts, cancel your subscription at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Children

Loaves is intended for adults leading ministries and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
